Böhler Welding Seminar: Next-Generation Welding Equipment
On June 29, 2023, a seminar was held by Voestalpine High Performance Metals Polska Sp. z o. o., the official representative of voestalpine Bohler Welding in Poland. The event aimed to discuss topics related to the capabilities of next-generation welding equipment and their practical value for users.
The seminar took place at Hotel Trojak, ul. Stadionowa 11, 41-400 Mysłowice. It began at 9:00 AM with a warm welcome from the organizers. Then, at 10:00 AM, a theoretical presentation on automation systems for welding processes, such as railRunner and wheelRunner, was delivered by Michael Fiedler.
At 11:00 AM, a theoretical presentation on Bohler Welding Selco welding equipment was conducted by Mikhail Kiselev. Following this presentation, at 11:30 AM, the theoretical part about the Terra NX welding equipment was also led by Mikhail Kiselev.
After the technical presentations, at 12:00 PM, Tomasz Zgorzelski discussed personal protective equipment from the Weldcare brand. Following a short coffee break, practical demonstrations of the railRunner and wheelRunner systems began at 1:30 PM, and at 2:30 PM, a practical demonstration of the Terra NX equipment took place.
The seminar concluded with a summary and a prize contest at 3:00 PM. Ultimately, at 4:00 PM, all participants were invited to a festive dinner.
The Böhler Welding Seminar: Next-Generation Welding Equipment provided an excellent opportunity to become acquainted with the latest welding technologies and solutions. Participants had the chance to acquire valuable information and experiences that will contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of welding processes.
